Recently Completed Projects:

On July 2, 2002 FC & SONS ROOFING, INC. completed a roofing project for District 5, California Department of Transportation located in San Luis Obispo. It involved the installation of approximately 10,700 square feet of cold process, seamless composite roofing. The hazard of working on a steeply sloped roof was one we easily managed.

Upcoming Projects:

FC & SONS ROOFING, INC. was awarded a roof restoration project for the Flo-Pac Corporation in Fontana, California on July 2, 2002. This will entail installing approximately 100,000 square feet of seamless composite roofing to extend the life of the existing roof and avoid burdensome maintenance problems.

The Arcadia Unified School District awarded FC & SONS ROOFING, INC. a roofing project for Dana Middle School located in Arcadia, California. We will be working over an area of approximately 17,000 square feet, restoring the roof and installing cold process, monolithic roofing complete with a maintenance system. This project will commence on or about August 8, 2002.

Scheduled to begin on September 9, 2002, FC & SONS ROOFING, INC. will be installing a new roof and performing roof maintenance for the Manhattan Beach School District in Manhattan Beach, California. We will be applying the Cold Process Monolithic Roofing System over approximately 10,000 square feet on the new addition of a two-story building, and assisting in the general remodeling of the campus which should greatly improve its appearance.
